    Our new Pediatric Jungle Gym is sure to excite your pre-school and primary age clients. This all-in-one, customizeable therapeutic climbing gym will allow them to climb and swing while working on motor planning and bilateral coordination skills. Each of the ladders has six rungs for climbing, while the top horizontal ladder has four rungs.

    Our Pediatric Jungle Gym Sensory Equipment develops motor skills while also exposing the child to sensory stimulus through movement therapy. The wooden climbing system comes in a base model that includes 2 vertical 6 rung ladders and 1 horizontal 4 rung ladder on the top of the unit.

    An optional Net Climber, Rock Wall, or a Cutout Climber can be added to the Jungle Gym in order to provide a range of climbing activities. The optional net climber offers the opportunity to climb both horizontally and vertically. The Jungle Gym ships partially assembled.

    Order Confirmation:
    As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 7 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

    Order Shipment:
    If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@fivesensorytoys.com.

    Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:
    Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.

    Damages 
    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@fivesensorytoys.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

    Cancellations & Refunds

    All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

    We understand that unexpected things come up, so we always work with people as best we can. If you cancel an order before it is shipped & we have already processed your payment, you may be liable for the payment processing fee incurred on our end (2.9% of total order amount). In this scenario, you will be refunded for your order, minus the 2.9%. Please understand - we do not keep this to line our pockets; this fee is charged to us by payment processors when we process your payment and it does not get refunded to us by them in the event of a cancelled order/refund. For orders that contains back-ordered items once the item is added to the container for shipment to the manufacturer the order cannot be cancelled or returned. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

    If you decide to return your order after it has already shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual shipping costs to you and back to the manufacturer once our warehouse receives the returned product.     Returns 

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Special Order items built to customer specifications are not returnable.

    No merchandise return will be accepted without prior authorization and a valid RMA (return authorization number). Please contact us at returns@fivesensorytoys.com for an RMA number. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. A 30% restocking fee, no refund on shipping and handling charges and customer is responsible for return shipping. All Credits are issued upon return and inspection of received item. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for product returned to us damaged
